Protein Biomarker Discovery

Based on several protein differential analysis platforms, we offer Protein Biomarker Service to help our customers to discover new protein biomarkers, which may be used as new targets for diagnostics, prognostics and therapeutic intervention.

We have developed proprietary stable isotopic labeling techniques and our Deeper Targets platform that is able to identify potential biomarkers even in low abundant proteins in cells or tissues. We also support ICAT or SILAC (Stable Isotope Labeling by Amino Acids in Cell Culture) labeling based differential analysis. We can carry out the whole project or we can analyze samples that have been isotopic labeled by our customers.
